I'm Dr. Simisola Duro-Pirisola, a UK-trained medical doctor, clinical educator and educational consultant.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine and education reform and I'm driven by one question:
what does it take for a learner of any age to truly flourish?
Everything I do points toward the same goal: schools that see the whole child and a generation formed in intellect, character and emotional depth.

I write on this blog and on Substack, engaging readers across the UK, North America and Africa on the questions that matter most in education - why we teach, how we teach it and who are we trying to form.
I design and deliver teacher development sessions that go beyond standard CPD, reconnecting educators with their purpose and equipping them with tools they can use in their classrooms and beyond.
At the heart of everything is a growing curriculum framework built around three pillars - intellectual formation, moral grounding and emotional intelligence - and a conviction that children deserve education built around all three.
